Hello friends,
In the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, Northern New York folk musicians began offering “musical care packages” to folks near and far as way to “PLAYitForward with compassion, distraction and the warmth of community. Each week, I collected the #quarantunes and published the video links made by many of my #madstopfiddlers and the greater North Country musical community for all to enjoy. I got countless notes of positive feedback from people touched by these tunes of comfort. Here are the beautiful offerings from mid-March to mid-May, 2020.
